今年已是世界地球日53週年，地球日總部宣布2023年度主題為：「投資我們的星球（Invest in our planet）」，強調政府、企業與機構必須進行綠色創新與實踐，促進資源開發與環境保護協調發展。民眾也可以採取實際行動「投資」地球，包含環境友善食譜、使用環境友善清潔產品、觀看地球週直播（Earth week live）等，從你我身邊的小事情做起，一起為環境問題盡一份心力。
環保署為鼓勵青年發揮個人影響力，積極關心環境議題並發起環境行動，今年特規劃3場培訓工作坊，讓更多關心環境與永續議題的青年有機會參與環境行動，並針對環境問題發想創意解決方案。
本次課程將參訪豬隻飼養場，瞭解傳統畜牧業與轉型後的新式畜牧業的差異與變革。請斟酌考量自身宗教信仰及其他因素(如：氣味敏感者)，確認無異議者再進行報名。
